Meet Dr. Elizabeth Cahill

Dr. Cahill is thrilled to be joining the team at The Dental Health Center!

Dr. Elizabeth Cahill, D.D.S. was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, IL. Following graduation from high school, Dr. Cahill went on to attend the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, first earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, & Neuroscience. Dr. Cahill developed a passion for dentistry following a medical/dental mission trip to Peru during the summer of her freshman year of college. She continued to cultivate this passion through her academic studies and volunteer work, going on to become the President of the University of Michigan Pre-Dental Association.

She continued her legacy at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Following dental school, Dr. Cahill completed a one-year general practice residency at Hennepin County Medical Center, where she gained advanced clinical training in oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, and temporal mandibular disorders/craniofacial pain through the management of medically complex patients. Dr. Cahill is a member of the ADA, MDA, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of clinic, Dr. Cahill enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves to downhill ski, hike, and spend time outdoors. She also enjoys trying new restaurants and listening to live music. As an avid Michigan sports fan (Go Blue!), Dr. Cahill has always loved going to live sporting events and now has developed a newfound love for all Minnesota sports teams.

Dr. Cahill said, “I am very excited to now call Minnesota home. I’m passionate about providing high quality oral health care in a comprehensive, patient-centered environment. I am truly honored to join The Dental Health Center and look forward to building new, trusting relationships with patients!”
