ATTENTION: ANYONE utilizing dental benefits through AMERITAS.

We are in the process of updating our contract with AMERITAS. Beginning December 31st, 2025, we may experience some disruptions in your covered benefits while Ameritas updates their system.

During this time, we will continue to accept your insurance and bill Ameritas on your behalf. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, these will be applied to your treatments at our office. You may receive an automated letter from AMERITAS stating that our office will no longer be in-network.

Please rest assured that we will be maintaining our in-network status with Ameritas once the transition is complete, and we will send you another notification once said transition is complete. We appreciate your patience with us during this process as we work hard to improve our service offered to you!

What does this transition mean for you?

You can continue to receive dental care at our office. However, it is important to understand your specific dental plan to determine what, if any, out-of-network benefits may be available to you during this transition period. We have found that most of our patients are willing to use their out-of-network benefits in order to continue receiving the high level of care that we provide.
