Dr. Jon S. Falkowski is the founding partner of The Dental Health Center. He began practicing in Farmington in 1975. Dentistry continues to be his passion. The Dental health Center is on the cutting edge of dental technology and the delivery of care and he is in the center of the action. He is an avid student of dentistry with countless hours of continuing education. He and his wife, Cindy have four children and six grandchildren and counting. When not in the office he enjoys bird hunting with the family’s two yellow labs as well as flyfishing (he rarely catches anything) and golfing (he claims it is a very humbling sport). Currently, he is training for triathlons.
